The Office for Rural Education (ORE) is an integral part of the College of Education and Allied Professions. The purpose of this office is to increase awareness of the unique strengths and needs of rural schools and communities in North Carolina. The service area for ORE includes all of the educational agencies throughout the 49 western most counties in North Carolina.
